Stand Up Comedy, Sit Down Yoga blends standup comedy with wellness practices to create an experience that teaches teams to find humor in hardship, and provides a sampling of wellness practices teams can use to reduce stress and anxiety in the workplace; namely gratitude, meditation, breath work and chair yoga they can do from their desk. Our goal has always been to make people’s lives better through laughter, and this is the show we’re most proud of, as it has a real effect on audiences’ mental wellbeing.
